As a designer with the In-House national design team, I was a design lead for multiple branding projects for top-tier agents and multi-million dollar properties, working with a small team of designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual and conceptual work. I thrived mentoring younger designers and frequently contributed to the design discourse and design culture at Compass. Additionally, I directly worked with our agents and marketing advisors to exceed the expectations of our agents.
